We leverage our passion for unfamiliar places, practices & perspectives to distill tools that help organisations transcend conformity and cast deeply differentiated identities out in the world.

Meet Us

Award-winning creative facilitator + information architect + future-builder + experience-designer + creative strategist. Alice is a non-binary, neurodivergent, Italian ‘alien’ working in the United States for Fortune 500 companies, innovative startups, and cultural institutions. Alice is also a movement researcher & lecturing professor. Her classes explore body listening and alternative brainstorming methods, and how they can empower strategic thinking or help non-creatively-trained individuals become transformational forces in future-making.

Brian has over ten years of experience elevating brands through Advertising, Creative Strategy, Branding, and Design—always striving to add genuine value to people’s lives. He is also a Social Entrepreneur on a mission to build a more deeply connected society through his sober sensory dinner experience, Sonder. Brian is an advocate of the transformative power of movement, using running and cycling to decrease his symptoms of Tourette’s, OCD and ADHD. He is continuing his education this Fall as he pursues a Master of Social Work in NYC.
